Chiropractor

Meet Tony (and Odie)

Chiropractic is first and foremost a means of optimizing your nervous system. The result of that can look like pain relief, mood stabilization, increased energy, clearer thinking, and an overall balance and clarity in your life.

You don’t have to struggle. Life can feel good again.

I’m here to help.

I help people impacted by pain, dysfunction, weakness, and general disconnection from their body.

Ancient Egyptians and shamans around the world have been using bone setting for centuries, but there’s more to chiropractic than just manipulating joints.

Our aim is to integrate you with your SELF.

Within the realm of Chiropractic I’ve trained in Applied Kinesiology, Bio Geometric Integration, Sacro Occipital Technique, Network Spinal Analysis, Extremity/Sports Adjusting, Drop Table, Activator, Barral visceral manipulation, and I’m a certified ergonomist.

Other bodywork trainings include myofascial release/structural integration, shiatsu, Thai massage, Reiki, Craniosacral, and more.

I believe in the power of Chiropractic, and I also believe that there is a common throughline between most alternative health modalities. This perennial philosophy states that:

We don’t heal the body – we support its ability to heal itself. All layers of the human system influence one another.  Safety, trust, and meaning are essential to healing.

Lynne Wolf LMT

Lynne Wolf is a licensed Massage Therapist who specializes in therapeutic bodywork designed to relieve pain, restore mobility, and support the body’s natural healing process.

Her approach blends deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and myofascial release to help reduce pain, improve movement, and promote lasting relief.

Her treatment techniques may also include cupping, fascial scraping (instrument-assisted soft tissue work), to target restrictions in the muscles and connective tissue with precision.

Lynne’s goal is to provide focused, results-driven therapy tailored to each client’s needs—whether they are recovering from injury, dealing with chronic pain, or simply seeking better function and relaxation.
